Today marks the third anniversary of my return home after 11 years in prison.
I bought this thermal top in a US federal prison and had it with me on my flight home to London from the US on 13 July 2015, three years ago today.
Although the last three years have had their own challenges, by the grace of Almighty Allah my life is richer today as a result of those 11 years that I spent in prison.
Sometimes you will never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory.
